A simple remote application uninstall thing

 This is a simple thing. I needed to be able to uninstall the Microsoft Monitoring Agent following it's retirement for Azure Log Analytics. While most cases were managed through Azure Policy and Extension management, I had some stahlwarts to deal with. 

This script should be easily reuseable for other applications.
